Illustrations tell stories and can consist of images drawn realistically, loosely, abstract, and even cartoonish. Because I vision complex images in an imperfect society, I choose to illustrate complex images. Pencil illustrations are rendered using leads from 6H to 6B to give the richness I am looking for. Colored pencil works employ many colors in the color spectrum to give the look of realism.
